    • Do what we did in Arizona! We voted into our legislator that property taxes freeze at age 65yrs old, and also freeze for people who are disabled and have low income.

    • Wow Anita, I’m not sure about CA, but almost every State has 0 (in Texas) or Minimal Property Tax after Retirement, check or have someone check for You, I’m sure the State Laws are documented somewhere on the Net. Good Luck , maybe notify your County Office that You are asking for the Zero Property Tax Doc’s. due to Your Age and Retirement Status, to be sent to You asap. If your State has this rule, I’m sure they will send it out to you. Warm regards, Diana
