3 REITs Every Retiree Should Target for a “Second Salary”

With a particular class of publicly-traded companies, investors could be receiving as much as $1,000 – or even more – every single month.

That's because these companies are required to pay at least 90% of its taxable income back to shareholders.

And I've targeted 3 of my favorite “REITs”. Each of these companies pays around 10% annually to its shareholders, and none of them have ever missed a dividend payment.

The first company has increased its dividend 4,700% since 2009.

The second company's dividend has risen to near 10%. It can be bought for $16 per share.

And the third company is trading for dirt cheap at $6.55. Best of all, the dividend is paying 16.49%, one of the highest dividends I've ever seen.
